01-Trip Itinerary

A- Trip itineraries are posted on our website for individuals, groups, and tailor-made requests. They may be adjusted to better suit preferences. Additionally, they can be modified during the trip in Egypt due to factors such as weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances within the group, such as sudden illness or transportation delays. The client is expected to be flexible and understanding, acknowledging that changes may occur without prior notice or warning.

B- Cometra reserves the right to modify, cancel, replace, or change daily activities for the aforementioned reasons without prior notice. However, Cometra will explain to the client the reasons and implications. The client is expected to be understanding and trust that these changes are due to uncontrollable circumstances.

C- Cometra does not provide compensation or refunds for any altered or canceled portion of the trip if it occurs due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.

D- If Cometra changes, amends, cancels, or switches any activity of the published itinerary to match the client’s request or for sudden reasons (flight, hotel, or train upgrade, etc.) before the trip commences, the client will be notified, and fully informed about the alterations. If any additional costs are incurred, the client will be informed and these will be added to the overall trip costs and final invoice.

E- Cometra will forward the final and updated trip details and plan a couple of weeks before the trip starts.

F- The client is accountable and acknowledges full comprehension of the trip activities and pace. He/she agrees to participate or abstain from any activity and assumes all responsibility for his/her fitness to do so. If one client or more are unfit to partake in a specific activity, Cometra has the right to ask them not to join for health or safety reasons, with no compensation or refund provided for missing the activity.

G- If a client chooses to skip one or more activities, or leave the trip before it ends, Cometra will not provide a refund, compensation, or replacement for those activities. However, if a client is unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as illness or other unavoidable events (force majeure), Cometra will do their best to find a replacement activity or reschedule the activity for a time that fits within the trip schedule.

H- The client should recognize that all trip itineraries necessitate physical independence and mobility. If any client has a physical or mental condition requiring special medical attention or physical assistance during the trip, a written notification must be provided when making the reservation. Cometra will revise the notification and decide whether/or not to take the reservation.
